Exfoliate:
You must know that your skin always shows what the actual condition of your body is. If you are not well rested then your skin will look pale and dehydrated. The main reason is that it did not have enough time to revamp itself. So you must not ignore exfoliation. Hide puffy eyes:
If you could not sleep well then your eyes will immediately show that. Everyone will notice the puffiness and swelling under your eyes. You can avoid such situation by drinking lots of water. Another instant method to de-puff is to place cucumber slices or tea bag over your eyes. The cold temperature will rejuvenate your skin and ultimately your eye bags will disappear. Though, there are also some eye creams available in the market but it’s better to stick with natural methods. -

Add some moisture:
Now, when you have cleansed you skin properly, it’s time to use some moisturisers on your face. These moisturisers will make your skin feeling fresh, healthy and soft. As a result, you will look well rested even when you are not. -

Lack of rest can cause dark spots on your face especially around your eyes. The best way is to apply right amount of concealer. Use a brush or ring finger to apply concealer under your eyes. Be careful while apply anything near your eyes. -

You must apply makeup in a way that it brings out the natural glow. Apply a layer of blush on your cheeks and hide your tiredness. Always take your time while applying makeup as this can make a significant difference in the way you look if you are tired.
