10 things to do When you are Unable to Sleep at Night

After a long day at school or work, there is nothing a person wants more to lie down on their bed and sleep. However, there are days when sleep becomes extremely elusive. Keeping the eyes shut begins to seem completely pointless as the body continues to feel as fresh as it did during the afternoon. In situations like these, it is best to simply stop trying to sleep and instead start doing something else in order to kill time. Later when the body and mind begins to feel tired, then the person can finally turn off the light and go to sleep. As for the things that one can do while they are unable to sleep, there are plenty of them.

    You may have bought a really good book recently, but have struggled to take out time to read it due to a hectic routine. Now is the best time to grab that book and start reading it.
