A Sampling of Bath Salt Recipes

Bath Salts are crystallized forms of bath relaxants with intoxicating scents and uses. A good way to relax in the tub, bath salts are a fun and pleasant way to take a load off out of your busy day. Bath salts shouldn’t be used by pregnant women, small children, diabetics, or people with high blood pressure. Those prone to yeast infections shouldn’t use bath salts either, for fear the colorants or scents may aggravate the condition. Don’t be afraid to experiment with essential oils, colors, and other items (think zest peel). What is the perfect scent for you may not be one readily found elsewhere.
