BBQ Cook-Off Information for North Carolina Events

North Carolina hosts several barbeque cook-offs each year. These competitions are held throughout the year and each has its own unique theme and meat preferences. Often times North Carolina BBQ Cook-Offs are tied in with other local events such as music festivals and community celebrations. To do well in these competitions it is important to pay close attention to the rules that the competition has, especially in regards to items that can get your entry disqualified or penalized.
