Bad Manners
In front of the store a lady begging for change,
Ignored by all my heart full of pain .
Unfortunate it seems meaningless to life,
Anguish unfolds and cuts like a knife.
Ignoring the situation before us at hand,
A prayer in my heart for every woman child and man.
Why is this happening in our present day and age,
Human neglect they just turn the page.
A generation that states ” It’s all about me ”,
You know that’s not true a new era of conceit.
If we all took the time to stop and endure,
Homeless America
