I prefer to shop at stores that I already shop at for electronics during the entire year. Amazon, Best Buy, Fry’s, Target, and Walmart usually have great deals on both big ticket and small ticket electronics. It’s worth checking out all these stores, as well as any other stores you may happen to shop for electronics at.

Cyber Monday is a the perfect time to get a good price on a laptop computer. In the past, I have found the best deals at Amazon and Walmart. Before Cyber Monday, get a good idea of what the regular prices of laptops you’d like to buy are as well as what specs you’re looking for.

Find the best prices on tablets

This year is looking to be the best year ever for tablet shoppers as far as both price and selection go. Traditionally, Amazon has had the best prices on tablets, but Best Buy seems like they are going to have some good deals this year as well. Know ahead of time what sort of tablet you want, as there are many to choose from. There will be plenty of Android based tablets on sale this Cyber Monday. iPad sales will be featured as well, but they will generally be for refurbished versions of older iPads.

There will be plenty of televisions on sale this Cyber Monday, and they’re bigger and fuller featured than ever. Amazon and Walmart generally have the best prices on televisions, but it will pay to shop around for this big ticket item. Decide what features you’d like ahead of time (size, 3D, internet enabled) so that you don’t get overwhelmed when it’s time to buy.

Upgrade your cellphone

If you’re looking for a new smartphone, Cyber Monday is the time to shop. You can select your phone and plan online without having to visit any stores. I prefer Amazon for Cyber Monday smartphone deals. They have rock bottom prices on both phones and plans.

Don’t forget about other gadgets

Cyber Monday is also a great time to pick up inexpensive e-readers, video game systems, small kitchen appliances, computer monitors, car gadgets, musical instruments, and large household appliances. Enjoy window shopping for everything you may need or want. And if you find a deal that seems like it can’t be beat, you’re probably right!
