The building exterior is well-maintained and very eye appealing. The grounds are attractively landscaped and simple. There is good signage. And, there is ample parking. Overall, this is a pleasant appearing facility.
Once inside, a comforting and pleasant atmosphere greets visitors. The carpeting provides an air of quaintness. There is ample lighting and the employees are friendly. There is a sense of friendliness here that is hard to miss. I saw many smiles in here. Both the residents and employees appeared genuinely happy. This is one of the reasons I feel Suzanne Elise offers one of the best senior housing options in Seaside, Oregon.
The dining experience here is superb. Table servers deliver residents and visitors with leather menus. There are wonderful chef-prepared dishes available. And, the view is appealing. The food quality is excellent. In fact, it stands out.
Amongst other activities offered here, monthly birthday parties are held here. They are a lot of fun. Live entertainment is brought in for the residents’ enjoyment.

The exterior building is eye appealing. The grounds are professionally landscaped. The exterior signage is easy to find and read. There is ample parking for the area. All in all, this is another pleasant appearing facility.
Once inside, visitors are greeted by a receptionist straight ahead. The dining area is to the left. Of particular interest are the hallway caged birds. They are entertaining by themselves. The atmosphere is comfortable, with ample room to maneuver in. There is tranquility about this place that cannot be explained.
The employees I have dealt with are compassionate and appear genuinely concerned about the residents’ well being. The residents were pleasant and a joy to interact with, also. Once again, I saw a lot of smiles in here. People were honestly enjoying life. That is nice to see in a retirement community.
Overall, Neawanna by the Sea is recommended as one of the best senior housing options in Seaside due to the combination of all the above factors. It is a tranquil place to be in.

This is another facility that has an eye-appealing exterior. The grounds are well maintained. There is ample parking. The signage is good. (That appears to be common in Seaside, Oregon.)
The interior lends itself to comfort and ease. It is nicely decorated and reminiscent of the simpler times. Visitors have ample room to maneuver around. Service is helpful and friendly. I saw many residents smiling and chatting.
Necanicum Village holds activities in a variety of areas to keep their residents engaged. There is live entertainment brought in that is a hit with the residents, for instance.
