Holidays are often times when business employers will give employees gifts in the way of cash bonuses. As wonderful of an idea as this is for able employers, the idea may not be the best for all. In such cases, consider the following business gift ideas for employees.
Business Cards: A great gift idea to fit all employees in certain business settings would be personalized business cards. They are practical, useful, and not something everyone would buy for oneself. Business cards are also a gift that has the added bonus of benefiting the employer by way of advertising for the business.
Gift Certificates: A great idea for employers who want to acknowledge their employees hard work and dedication would be a gift certificate for a popular leisurely activity. One idea might be to give vouchers for movie theatre tickets. Or, if the business is family oriented, an employer might choose to give amusement park tickets to all employees. Employers might also choose a popular restaurant as an option for a gift certificate. Often, giving a gift certificate is less expensive than giving cash because the recipient notices and appreciates the thought that goes in to the present.
Time Off: While this gift may not be a viable option for all employers, giving employees the gift of time can go a long way.
