Since Caesars Palace is spread across five different towers, the type of hotel room can vary from the decent to the exquisite, depending on how much you’re willing to pay. Although the Forum Tower features suites for all guests, it’s probably more realistic to stay in either the Augustus Tower or Palace Tower. The Augustus Tower is relatively new and provides more space and better technology than the rest of the towers. Although these rooms are quite nice, they are obviously more costly than the older, mediocre rooms found in the Palace and Roman Towers.

If you plan on using room service, don’t expect to get treated equally, as it is said that regular guests are often snubbed for the richer guests in this hotel. Fortunately, their excellent pool is perhaps one of the best in all of Las Vegas. With large pools and great Roman-themed statues, Caesars Palace does not fail when it comes to treating its pool goers like royalty. The service outside is better than the room service and is fortunately open the entire year.

If you’re looking to gamble during your vacation in Las Vegas, you’ll be happy to know that Caesars Palace offers a pretty good casino. Although gambling at tables can be quite costly due to a rather high minimum, the various slot machines and video poker machines provide a good way to have some fun without losing too much money.

Many Las Vegas vacationers love to rave about the wonderful food offered at various hotels there, especially those found at buffets. Unfortunately, Caesars Palace doesn’t have a buffet place besides its CafÃ?© Lago, which has a rather small one during the weekend. Although this is rather inexcusable, the hotel and casino offers other restaurants mainly dedicated to either delicious Asian, Mexican, or Italian dishes.

If you’re looking to see some shows at Caesars Palace, you might be either very excited or quite disappointed, depending on your specific tastes. Some of the famous musical acts that play at Caesars Palace are Celine Dion and Elton John. Although the tickets are a little steep, these shows would likely be worth checking out if you are a fan of their music. Some of the adult entertainment available at Caesars Palace includes a unique shadow bar, in which women dance behind curtains so you can only see the shadows that they cast.

Perhaps the most popular attraction that Caesars Palace has to offer, however, is its Forum Shops. Since its opening in 1992, the unique indoor shopping mall has received tons of visitors daily. With a wonderful ceiling painted to look like the sky and with lifelike statues all over the place, the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace is a great place to visit for any tourist looking to spend some cash. With luxury shops like Gucci and Versace, this mall, which was the first on the Las Vegas Strip, truly is a must for shoppers.

Caesars Palace is a rather interesting hotel and casino in that the experience can differ quite a bit depending on which tower you stay in. However, none of the towers are horrible and the pool makes up for any of its shortcomings. With a fantastic mall and some great shows, Caesars Palace can be a nice place to check out for some entertainment. If you don’t plan on staying at Caesars Palace, you should at least check it out for some of the unique entertainment that can only be found there.
