California Family Fitness Centers Have it All

This place has it all! And I do mean ALL. It’s conveniently located a short distance off I-80. The complex is huge, 78,000 square foot to be exact, there is no way anyone can miss it. Inside, the facility features a complete fitness center, rooms for group fitness, plenty of child care for those parents who can’t seem to get a moment alone, 2 indoor astroplay grass soccer, 2 hardwood NCAA regulation size courts that can be used for basketball and also can be easily converted into 4 volleyball courts.

There is also a 26 ft. circular rock climbing wall and a separate 28 ft. rappel tower, known as the “vertical trampoline”. Fitness is not only healthy for you it is entertaining! With all of the wonderful things you can never get bored there are just too many areas of fitness fun.

And for you men and/or couples out there check this out… they even have a Sports Bar and Grill lounge area with multiple TV screen covering a variety of sporting events making this not your ‘ordinary gym’ at the California Family Fitness Centers.

Family is the main issue here; we all know that it is impossible to work out with your kids running around, and with the usual little rooms to put your kids in these days at the gym it feels like you’re dooming them to a boring time. It is important for moms and dads to know that there are cool areas for all ages of kids. This complex features an infant care facility with a highly trained staff, a “kidz club” so the elementary school aged children don’t feel like they are being shoved in with the babies, and there’s even a place for teens to hang out so they don’t get into any trouble. They can enjoying being around kids their own age and have a blast. You are completely covered here as far as child care. In these specified locations there are interactive playscapes, homework areas, arts and crafts, video games, story telling, and kid fit classes.

They also feature a world class yoga program features three different levels of Yoga and specialty classes. The Introduction to Yoga classes takes place at alternating clubs once a month.
