It’s especially entertaining to watch the ones that have enjoyed some of the beer earlier in the day. There will be regular soft drinks, water, wine, beer, and even non-alcoholic beer or “bier” as they say in German. And as always Oktoberfest promotes and enforces responsible drinking! And for those of you that don’t feel like driving home, free cab rides are available to your home in the Tulsa area available beginning at 8pm on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. One of the best reasons to come to the festival is the food. Bon Appetit magazine named Tulsa’s Oktoberfest “One of the best German food festivals in the U.S.” You can’t miss out on that! For those of you that love shopping you will enjoy browsing the German and Europen collectibles, fine arts, handmade crafts, and souvenirs.
