Houston’s inner loop is the very center of Houston, TX activity, encompassing everything on the inside of the 610-Loop. Located just south of Hwy 59 and Westpark Dr., the Gables Pin Oak apartment complex is one of a kind. A gated community, the Gables boast 24-hr. gate security, full-size washer/dryers included, sun decks and spas, garden tubs, heated lap pools and elegant 9-ft. ceilings in every apartment. 3. Marquis at Bellaire

Although this apartment is about the same price as the Gables, it is in a decidedly worse area of town. Located just inside the Loop north of Bissonet, the Marquis often has move-in specials that can lower the price, such as $200 off your first month on a one-year lease, which can be quite attractive. They have student and senior specials, large countertops, walk-in closets, cable TV, w/d connections, and large kitchen pantries. The community offers easy access to freeways as well as gated access and beautiful grounds. The lighting in the apartments is also quite unique. One-bedroom apartments start at $775.

4. Park Lakes

Park Lakes is a nice mid-range inner loop apartment complex located just east of Kirby Dr.They offer a washer and dryer in every home, garages and carports, garden tubs, private patios and balconies, split-level apartments, and custom interiors. They also have 24-hr. mantenance and an incredibly convenient location to shopping centers, job opportunities and schools. One-bedroom apartments start at $680.

5. Sendera at Greenway

Located just south of Westheimer Rd. and west of Weslayan, Sendera apartments are a great deal for the price. They have a state-of-the-art fitness center, a lovely garden courtyard, full-size washer/dryer connections and brushed nickel accent faucets and fixtures. They also offer monthly resident functions, including socials, and have a clubhouse and fitness center for recreational use. This inner loop apartment complex also has remote-action security gates.
