Checklists for Moving to China
Requirements vary depending on where in China you are moving. Speak to a local hospitals travel advisor or call your local Consulate for specifics.
�Hepatitis A
�Hepatits B (For those who might be exposed to blood, have sexual contact with any local citizen, one staying longer than six months, or anyone who might be exposed through medical treatment.)
�Typhoid
�Rabies (Sometimes given, yet usually only given to those who will be working in the wild and exposed to wild animals.)
�Japanese Encephalitis (only for those visiting rural areas for an extended time of four weeks or more.)
Again, one should consult a doctor. In some cases doctors also like to prescribe medications for such illnesses as Malaria. These things should be discussed with a healthcare professional.
DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR MOVING TO CHINA:
In some cases all of these will be needed, in others only a few. However, its always good to be prepared. Thus, it is best to obtain all of these before leaving.

�Personal and family documents

�Medical records (including any necessary health certificates.)
�Dental records
�Bank records
�School records
Documents that should be carried with you at all time during the travel process:
�Passport
�Immunization records

You might also want to bring in a suitcase or briefcase some extra passport photos, a list of what you packed, and any legal documents.

�Cancel any subscriptions
�Inform family, friends, and business contacts of your move
