Choosing Furniture to Highlight Your Signature Style

There are so many options available when furnishing your master suite, it can be a little overwhelming. How does the modern homeowner know where to begin? First consider practical matters: furniture budget, intended use of each piece, special needs (kids, pets, bad backs), room size, existing components and colors, and required textile care and maintenance. Whew! Figure all of that out and it’s on to the fun part – choosing furniture that expresses your personal style. The following guidelines certainly aren’t foolproof, but basing your home decorating scheme on your musical preferences can be pretty expressive.
