I bought this online for $14.99, which I felt was more than reasonable. It says it originally sells for about twice that and I looked up the website. So, the price is a good deal if you get it for less than $30.

To use you simply remove the lid off the filter. Fill with your favorite ground coffee. Replace the lid and set into yoru Senseo, right there the little pod holder normally would be.
Start up your Senseo and work as normal.
You do need to dump the grounds every time, rinse it out, and start over. This is to be expected though, so that was no surprise.
One thing I noticed is that you do not want any coffee grounds to get on the edge of the filter before you replace the lid. It seems to block the seal from happening.

One of the main negatives I found was that you need to use a pretty strong coffee, or it sort of can taste weak. You need to play around with the amount of grounds you use, but I fill mine up all the way.
The only other drawback I found, which did don’t bother me, is that there is less of the “creama” on top of your coffee when you use this filter versus the actual pods.
The coffee tastes the same, so that is fine with me, but if you are in live with the foam on top, you will be missing that. You do get some foam, just nothing like with the pod.

Overall, for $15, this is an awesome product and really pairs well with my Senseo. You can not have one of the fancier Senseo to work this filter. You need to have the regular old original Senseo. If you have a deluxe, then look elsewhere.
It is easy to use, easy to clean, and has held up for quite a few months. I even run my through the dishwasher when I do not feel like washing it by hand.
One other nice thing is it also works well with pods, so you can leave it in your machine when you do buy the pods.
