If you are like me, buying online can be exciting; the hunt does not hurt your feet, and you can get a lot done in an afternoon online. My first stop in my search for designer wedding dresses, was to look for these designer names and see what popped up. I also found out that Vera Wang worked at Vogue and Ralph Lauren before starting her own label in 1990. According to http://www.bridecouture.com/vera-wang-wedding-gown.html “Vera Wang recently started a bridal gown line that starts at just over $2000.00, it is rare to find one of her wedding gown designs for less than $5000.00”. O.K., so she only makes one of a kind gowns that celebrities love to wear to feel special on their big day. So someone with a budget below $1,000 could not buy an original, at least not direct from the designer herself. What about buying from another retailer online? On the Bride Couture site I found two Vera Wang Bridal Gowns selling in the catalog for under $900. One has a retail price of $4,990 and the other $3,200. I could buy either gown, right there online, one for $699 and the other for $899. The Bride Couture site boasts that their designer gowns are all 50 – 75% off regular designer prices. I wondered if I could find any of my other designer names that were on my list on this site. I found both Pronovias and Justina McCaffrey on Bride Couture as well. I found 7 bridal gowns by Justina McCaffrey with sales prices ranging from $899 to $1,890 that had regular prices ranging from $2,150 to $4,000. There were three Pronovias gowns on the site ranging in sales price from $599 to $3,290. Their regular retail prices ranged from $1,800 to $6,200.
I would have to do further digging online, to see if I could find any designer wedding dresses by Elie Saab, Angel Sanchez or Ristarose. I enjoy finding out about who these top designers are, where they come from and where they got their start in the fashion world. Now to dig about online and see where I might find his bridal dresses for under $900 if possible. Well, according to my search it is impossible to find any wedding dresses original or budget anywhere online. Any site I found that mentioned his dresses, led to his site, which for me was frustrating, as I could not read what was on his site. Wow, that is all I can say. I found http://www.pronovias.com A fantastically done siteâÂ?¦.BRAVO. Not only did I find the Pronovias Collection but I found some gowns by Elie Saab as well. This site will take your breath away. These gowns are only sold in stores, not online.
