A Medieval Matrimonial Celebration

For a medieval-themed wedding, Ravenwood Castle in New Plymouth may be just the unique setting you are looking for. Surrounded by Wayne National Forest, the castle provides a beautiful backdrop for a wedding celebration, and provides several rooms, cottages, and rustic “gypsy wagons” for guests who need to stay overnight. Weddings can be held indoors in the Great Hall or outdoors. If you want to get married within Hocking Hills State Park, you must acquire special permission from the park manager. Perfect locations for the ceremony include: Ash Cave, Cedar Falls, and either the upper or lower falls of Old Man’s Cave, which is perhaps the most famous site within the park.
