Disney’s All Start Music Resort
Rooms are standard and basic. Their low value price is what draws many people to Disney’s value resorts. Standard rooms can be had for under $100 a night during the value season. Preferred rooms are closer to the pool and cost a little more than the standard rooms. The difference in cost is minimal. Families can enjoy Disney World on a budget with Disney’s value resorts.
Disney’s All Star Music Resort has two large pools. One is the Donald Duck Calypso pool shaped like a guitar which the kids will love. A quieter pool is the piano shaped pool. There is also a kiddies pool for the little ones to splash and play. An arcade full of video games and fun along with a small playground will keep the kids entertained when you aren’t busy visiting the numerous theme parks such as Magic Kingdom and Epcot Center.
Room service is not available at this resort, though pizza delivery is! There are no formal restaurants at Disney’s All Star Music Resort. There is a large food court area called the “Intermission Food Court” with a varied selection of food choices from deli sandwiches to burgers and other fare. One small note, refrigerators are not included in the price of your room and are available for a small extra fee.
There is a gift shop in the main lobby area as well so you can grab a souvenir from your trip.
Bus service will transport you between the different Disney theme parks, water parks and Downtown Disney shopping area. Bus rides to the parks range from ten to twenty minutes and depending on the season can be crowded, though move quickly.
A laundry facility is available near each pool area. The cost is approximately two dollars per use of each appliance. These are a convenient option for those looking to do a quick load of laundry.
