Disney’s Pop Century Resort is fun to look at. Flashback to popular icons of the 1960’s through the 1990’s! There is a huge can of Play-Doh, a giant Big Wheel and more. The toys of yester year will take you back to your childhood! Pictures and mementos will have you smiling as soon as you walk in the lobby. Disney Pop Century Resort is one of Disney’s four value resorts. The lobby is large and open with plenty of space for people checking in and out. There is no valet service available at this resort.

Disney’s Pop Century Resort rooms offer bright and energetic colors on their walls and bedspreads, while a simple hotel room with a clean and basic design. Disney’s Pop Century Resort is one of the newer value resorts at Walt Disney World. Their lower price is what attracts many people to the Disney value resorts. Standard rooms can be enjoyed for around $80 a night, while a preferred room will be just a few dollars more. The preferred room is closer to the pool area. Disney’s value resorts make Disney affordable even to those on a tighter budget.

Disney’s Pop Century Resort has a pool with fun and funky colors. Retro themed with a 70’s vibe is the feeling of one pool. There’s also a computer pool and a bowling pool too! A kiddie pool round out the water fun! Small children will also enjoy the play area. There is an arcade called Stadium Hall with air hockey, video games and more across from the food court section.

At the “Everthing Pop Shop and Dining” you will find grab and go items as well as burgers, sandwiches and snacks. There are no formal restaurants here or room service, but pizza delivery is available. Refrigerators are not part of your room charge and cost an additional fee if you would like to use one during your stay.

Babysitting and child care services are available, along with portable cribs if needed.

Bus transportation will bring you between the Disney theme parks, water parks and Downtown Disney shopping area. Buses run on a regular schedule, so there is never a long wait. You are just a quick trip to Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios, Epcot and Animal Kingdom.
