Eliminate Flies from Your Home Forever!
What are Fly Parasites and How Do They Work?
Fly Parasites are very tiny (size of a gnat), harmless insects that nature has programmed to attack and kill flies. They do not harm plants, people or animals. The Fly Parasites’ only objective is to seek fly pupae in which to reproduce. They lay their eggs inside the immature stage of the fly in the breeding site and the fly becomes food for their young. Since they eat only an immature stage of flies and flower nectar, they will not bother any other animals. And their need for flies, in order to reproduce, provides a strong and natural incentive to do all the work: search and destroy.
When a handful of these parasites are distributed in fly breeding areas, they provide a remarkably effective level of fly control. These beneficial insects, marketed under various trade names, use the fly as a host in their reproductive cycle and in reproducing, prevent the fly from doing so. They are not attracted to animals or humans and are active mostly at night. Because of their tiny size, they are difficult to even see.
All you have to do is simply release them around the fly breeding sites. It takes just a few minutes, and it’s the easiest, most sensible method of fly control to be found.
The parasites come “Colonies”. You order a supply based on how many animals you have. It is also important to keep up your supply on a weekly to monthly basis. We live on a small farm with 4 horses, 20 chickens and 3 large outdoor dogs. Based on this, we order 1 Colony every 3 weeks throughout the summer. Sometimes we up the order if the fly season is particularly brutal that year. Our total cost per month for fly elimination is only $27. This is well worth it. Our pets are fly free and we don’t have them buzzing around inside the house.
They come in a little white bag with thin wood shavings. Sometimes they have not even hatched so I keep them in the bag until I see them moving around in the bag. Once hatched, I take Dixie Cups and put a small amount in the cups and station around my property and in my garage. Chickens and birds will not eat them once hatched but when you release them not all will be hatched so you will need to keep them protected from birds. Ants also love to feast on them before they are hatched so they should be placed in areas without ants.
The business we order from, “The Source, BioLogical Fly Control” also sells hatching stations. These stations provide protection from Wild And Domestic Birds, Ants, Intense Sunlight, Removal During Stall Maintenance, Being Crushed Underfoot and Rain Puddles.
If you have a problem with flies, whether in the city or the country, Fly Parasites are the answer to your problem! Keep your family safe from toxic sprays and avoid the ugly look of hanging traps. This is the solution!
