The tour takes approximately 75 minutes, and begins every hour from 10 am to 4 pm, (Sundays from 11 am to 4 pm), at the Independence Visitors Center. Labor Day will be the end of the season for the walking tour, so it will be a good opportunity to visit the city’s famous landmarks on the last of the warm summer days.

If you’re in the mood for a simple old-fashioned picnic in the great outdoors, Philadelphia has a couple of beautiful locations to choose from.
