This planetarium is located on the campus of Corning Community College. Here you will find spectacular presentations about astronomy that will inspire people of all ages. Guests are treated to amazing views taken from spacecraft and high-powered telescopes. They host a variety of shows that explore the universe both near and far. Market Street

Market Street in Corning is located in Corning’s Gaffer district and home to a variety of restaurants, museums, shops, and glass studios. You can easily spend an afternoon wandering in and out of the specialty shops that offer antiques, candies, coffees, jewelry, clothing, shoes and keepsakes. Market Street is also the site of many great activities and events throughout the year.

Rockwell Museum of Western Art

This museum is dedicated to the history and artworks of the old West. The collection here takes visitors on a trip through the mystery and the romance of the old West and encompasses the Native American people and the settlers coming from distant lands. You will find information on the buffalo that once freely roamed the open lands of our country along with a tribute to the southwest region of the United States. The Fun Park

This facility is open year round and has something for each member of the family. Here you will find a golf driving range and indoor and outdoor mini golf courses. Benjamin Patterson Inn Museum Complex

This museum includes an inn that was built in 1796. The complex also includes a log cabin from 1784, a schoolhouse from 1878, and a blacksmith shop. Your family can take a trip back through time with a guided tour that includes instruction and information about the time period. Spencer Crest Nature Center, Inc

Spencer Crest is 250 acres of beautiful scenery that includes seven miles of hiking trails, ponds and streams that you can explore as you wish. This center has a bee colony and a variety of exhibits dealing with nature. You can spend the day skiing, fishing, walking, sledding or just daydreaming.
