Eye-care and Eye-vision Improvement by Natural and Safe Ways

Eye-care is the requirement of each and every individual, to maintain clean and healthy eyes. Busy life and your work environment does not give you enough time for yourself, and there is no alternate from long computer work hours, but for your eye’s health, you need to take the time out, to keep your eyes healthy, beautiful, and disease free.

Some eye-care tips that are beneficial for you so try out and feel the difference:
1. Healthy food like, foods rich in vitamin A, fibrous vegetables, citrus fruits, dairy products, and green leafy vegetables are good for your eye-sight. Vegetables like spinach, turnip, tomatoes are good for your eyes.
2. For maintaining beautiful eyes and good eye-sight, use natural vegetables like potato and cucumber. When you feel tired, keep rounded pieces of raw cucumber or potatoes on closed eyes for 10 minutes, you will fresh and stress free. This is ideal eye-care for summer season.
3. Don’t keep your eye and its surrounding surface dry. Apply natural eye-care cream around your eyes gently. This provides good eye-care.
4. Drink as much water as you can for healthy and shining eyes. Water takes out toxin materials from your body.

Given below are some eyes exercises which are not time and place bound. You can do this beneficial exercise easily:
1. Avoid smoking as it weakens your eye-sight.
2. Use refrigerated and used tea bags. It relaxes your tired eyes and reduces eyes swelling.
3. Blink your eyes for three to four times whenever you feel tired, this eye exercise will relax you. Never rub your eyes when dust or other harmful particles enter your eyes, just blink your eyes several times you will feel relaxed.
4. Use anti-glare glasses. It will keep your eyes healthy and stress free.
5. Good sunglasses that provide ultra-violet protection, multi-focal lenses, and anti-reflective lenses are good for your eyes.
6. Another one is, close your eyes and breathe in and circularly move your eyes clock-wise and anti-clock wise, alternatively. Repeat it for four to five times, you will feel relaxed.
7. The other eye exercise is rubbing your palms till they get warm, then cover your closed eyes with your warm palm gently. It relaxes your tired eyes. Repeat this eye exercise three to four times for healthy glow and soothing effect.
8. Consult ophthalmologist for eye-care in case of severe infection and eye diseases.
9. Don’t forget to check the manufacturing and expiry date for eye-care drops and cream, before its use.
10. Take small breaks while working on computer. Look at distant entity and get back to your work, this will relax your eyes and increase your concentration for work.
11. Splash water on eyes and face, while keeping your water full-mouth closed, and then take the water out. Repeat this for four to five times to feel relaxed and happy.

3. Do exercise without wearing glasses.
4. Breathing exercise.
In an empty stomach, in the morning or in evening, do alternate breathing exercise. Start and end your alternate breathing from left nostrils.
Process is
Keep your thumb on the right nostrils and do not inhale oxygen from the right side, inhale (deep breath) from left nostril and cover it with your little finger, then move your thumb from right side and exhale. Then inhale from right nostrils and exhale from left. Repeat this alternate breathing for 10 to 15 minutes.
4. Meditation helps in vision improvement
Meditation relaxes your mind and body. It helps in eye-sight improvement. It is very easy to perform.
Sit on floor or your garden, (early morning is the best time to perform meditation, otherwise choose your own time, you can perform it at any time) concentrate your eyes on one object or green leaves for 10-15 minutes, then close your eyes and think about that object for 10 minutes, energize your mind and whole body, and ask God to give you strength. Then slowly rub your hand palms and put your hand palms on closed eyes gently, do not press your eyes and feel the warmth, then slowly open your eyes. This way you will surely relax your eyes and mind.
