There is nothing like a County Fair. If you have never had to opportunity to see one, try to make plans to be at The Prince George County Fair Fall Festival in Upper Marlboro Maryland from September 7 to 10th. You can have the chance to actually ride in a monster truck. There is free entertainment daily and all the traditional Fall Festival competitions. Check the web site for directions.

Do you like Folk Music? Then this is the Fall Festival for you. It is only one day, Sunday September tenth, so try to keep the date open. The place is Tacoma Park, Maryland. The State Fair of Virginia Fall Festival will be held this year from September 28th to October 8th at the Richmond Raceway in Richmond Virginia. Check the site for directions. You can try all the different Fall Festival foods while viewing competitions such as a tractor pull, rooster crowing, harmonical playing among many others. And don’t forget the rides. The kids will love the Great American Frontier Show.

The VegFestDC will be held on Saturday, 25 October from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.. in the historic 14th & U Street, Washington D.C. neighborhood. There will be speakers, cooking demonstrations and, of course, good food.

Talk about your ultimate block party! This is a 2-day Fall Festival( this year it is Sept 6&7) held annually in the Adams Morgan district of Washington. This year marks the 25th anniversary. How about another State Fair Fall Festival? You can’t go to too many of these. This time it is in Maryland, in Timonium, MD , to be exact. It runs from August 25 to Sept 4th and has everything you expect from a first call Fall Festival There is a midway with rides and games entertainment, exhibitions horse and pony competitions, a horse pull and so much more, And of course food of every kind imaginable.
