If you want a fake tree than they do cost a lot more money. Living trees are unique and special. They needs lots of care like water and coolness living. They make the house smell wonderful and give a more meaning to Christmas.

The size of the tree you want to make sure you will fit it in your home. You want to make sure that it is what you like. If you perfer fuller trees than get one that has a lot of branches. Some trees are thin and tall. Some of them are fuller and look a lot more real.
The freshness of a tree
You do not want to buy a tree that looks like its dying. Make sure you water your tree at least once a day. Remeber this tree has been outside in the cold season. It may not rain a lot where you live but to these trees they need the moisture. They do not have to be placed in a dark room. Do not place your tree near a heater or a hot room in the home. Just about 70-75 degrees you want the room where your tree at is fine.
