It was my little ones first birthday 3 weeks ago and he got this Trike from his Grandfather. At first I thought:”God, he’s not going to be able to play with it for the next two years. but then I saw what it was and my ethusiasm started and just got bigger with the time, because this Trike is 3 in 1 and great even for toddlers.

packaging

The Trike is in a pretty simple, brown box available. On the box are some pictures of the variations of the trike and some warnings. And you can also read: ” The colors and dekorations of the product may sometimes vary from the packaging.”! So better look in the box befor you buy it or it could happen thet you buy something tou dont want. When you open the box you will find the parts to it and all the little parts like screws are seperate in a plasticbag.

assembly

You have to screw the trike together yourself, so thats more a job for the daddys. All you need for the assembly is a screwdriver, hammer, block of wood and some muscles. The directions are a little complicated, but if you read over it a couple times and do it step by step, it shouldn’t be a problem.

looks

The whole trike is made of hard plastic besides the metalbars for the pedals and the wheels. And of course the screws are made of metal too. Because of the material the trike is very easy to clean up. Just some warm soapwater and it looks like new!

Now the colors:
The Trike is available in different color variations and all of them are pretty neutral, so not just for boys or just for girls. Ours is: the wheels are black, the back 2 tires have yellow points in the middle. The “body” is purple, the seat, the footrest and the pedals are yellow. The parts that hold the front wheel and the backrest are red. And all the colors are very bright and nice.

3 in 1

I think the variations are one of the biggest positive points for this trike. It saves money for the big ones and its more fun for the little ones!

1.: Beginners
Its a rocker for the very little kids, the trike has an extra footrest, so if the kid can’t reach the pedals they can use the footrest and it’s very good when the trike is used as a rocker.

2.: advanced
The backrest, that is fasten to the front wheel trough a simple mechanism, now can be moved back and is fasten to where the seat is with the same mechanism. The backrest ist extra long so the parent can push the little one. For this variation the footrest can still be use or the little one can use the pedals.

3.: pros
For the big little kids the parent can easily remove the backrest and the kids can ride their trike wild and can let their parents chase them!

And another little extra is that the seat can be moved into 3 different positions.

limits

The agelimit is from 1 1/2 to 5 years. But like I said my little boy just turned one and he loves his rocker! And the weight limit is 23 lbs./23kg.

******************************
price
The price for this trike is $31.74 plus tax. So this is a very good price for a 3 in 1 I think! It saves a lot of money if you have to buy 1 instead 3!

******************************
durability
I have 2 friends and their kids are either to old or gave it to their little sister or brother and their trikes are still in a very good condition! Yes they got some scratches here and there but they still got no problems with these trikes and this should mean something!

what I think
The Rock, Roll n’ Ride Trike is a great purchase or present like it was for my son! And because it is variable and long-lived it’s no waste of money. I would tell every parent to buy it. It’s worth it!
