The range that I am most moved by is the Frigidaire 30″ Self-Cleaning Freestanding Electric Range – Model: FEFB89EC. This oven has many great features, varying from the SpeedBake convection for cookies, cakes, and breads as well as a Warm & Serve Zone that let you keep your meals ready throughout the night without cooking it further.
The range is quite beautiful as well. By its outer, it is stainless steel set against black, and the upswept ceramic smooth-top just adds to the beauty, and convenience. The Warm & Serve Zone is located on the cooking surface of the range, and warms to the heat of a 110 light bulb. There is one 9″-12″ expandable element and one 6″ element that gives you the flexibility to use large or small pans, all of which is according to your own individual cooking needs. There is also one 7″/7″ bridge element that connects the front and back elements to create a single, extra-long cooking surface which is ideal for large griddles.
The oven of this amazing range is a massive 5.4 cubic feet. This “Maxx Capacity” oven is outfitted with a deep-sump design that allows space for a third rack to accommodate a substantial number of dishes. Included with your initial purchase is one bullnose rack and two flat racks. The SpeedBake convection system reduces cooking time by up to 30% and circulates air for amazing cooking results. This oven is also outfitted with the Advance Bake Plus system, which insures that all of your cakes, cookies and breads come out absolutely perfect! There is also a delay-bake option that lets you choose when your oven turns on – a great feature for those families who don’t come home till later on in the afternoon. This oven also comes equipped with Vari-Broil technology that lets you choose the exact temperature level you want. Also, the self-cleaning oven with delay clean and Auto-Latch safety lock does all of the cleaning that you need. And another amazing feature about the self-cleaning oven comes with Speed Clean technology, which makes the cleaning process faster than most traditional self-cleaning modes.
