Guide to Clearing Negative Thought Forms

I am such a slow person to wake each morning. It takes my mind a good hour or so as I prepare for the day, to truly embrace ‘reality’. I wake up each day listening to talk hosts on the local radio station. I recognize parts of my own self in the stories shared by their listeners.

Yesterday as I made my way through traffic, I listened to the reflections of a psychic who was answering questions from callers. The majority of callers were struggling, and this man was illuminating blocks and solutions. As he spoke, again and again he referenced the need to clear ‘demons’ from the callers energy fields.

Demons. The mere mention of this word conjurs up bad horror flicks, recent television shows where demons are shown as people with characters, names and personalities; along with spiritual flashes of priests cleansing and performing exorcisims. Heavy stuff to ponder as I drive to work dodging traffic lights and cars filled with people racing to their own destinations. Ultimately, my question about demons feeds back from God as “demons are lies”.

I think back. Have I ever seen a demon before? The only point of reference my mind can conjur is a few events in dreams in the past. I remember the time that I drifted off to sleep and see myself laying in my bed. A door opens and in romps a flying dog. As the scene moves on, I realize I do not recognize this dog as one in my life, and I am skeptical of it immediately. This is not my normal reaction to dogs. As it draws closer, it is illuminated by the light of my aura and I see it for what it is: a small black mist of energy drawn together with what seems like small eyes. The ‘dog’ was just a dream visage it used to draw closer to me.

What?

I feel alarmed.

The small black buggar seems to want to climb into an energy point, called a chakra, in my hand. A struggle ensues until I realize I need only see the darkness surrounded by white ‘truth’ light. It bursts and sieses to exist. That event occured six years ago.

My mind filters back to the present to the psychic on the radio. The demons he sees he describes as fulfillin different voids. Some were present in the mind to cloud the person’s judgement so they could not decern clearly. Some of the demands were sexual, blocking the persons natural sexual desires or in some cases over-driving them. Some were compulsive demands who reveled in controling the persons response and reactions to everything around them.

I reflect. Demons are not ‘beings’ like you and I. They are not souls who have the full power and resonance as you and I do as one of God’s creations. Demons in my view, can be compared to fields of negativity. You could say that your own constant mental processes of negativity, create your own ‘inner demons’. Inner demons hold you hostage to certain ideals, beliefs, patterns and behaviors.

Negative thought forms can be drawn into your aura or energy field during the occasions in the past when you have forgotten your own devinity. At these times of self pity, you may have resonated your aura to a lower vibration and attracted like patterns of negativity. Demons also can be the culmination of negative thoughts projected upon us by others. In this case, their sole purpose is to infiltrate your energy system through a weakened area of your energy field. As you may have guessed, the darkness or negative energy merges into your outcomes and experiences of life.

Here is where we arrive at my feeling that “demons are a lie”.

A lie is a moment or point of darkness. Why do I say this? Because each time we knowingly lie, we misrepresent the truth or reality. We go off ‘reality’ for a moment into a fantasy of what we create our own truth or tale. These moments do not resinate reality or connect to source. How do you live with that lie, knowing that you have just affirmed with all conviction to another a point that does not exist. Do you recognize the weight of guilt or hurt emotions that exists in every lie? We share every experience with all who exist within present creation. When you hurt another with deception, you harm yourself. Both are weakened.

How does a person live with a lie? Many choose the route of supression: simply choosing not to think about the moment the lie occured and take no responsibility for its ramifications. This moment is now an ‘unknown’, a point of darkness that the mind no longer reflect upon. That in which we do not allow ourselves to ‘consciously realize’, exists the doorway to negativity.

Negative energy does not result in affirming moments in our lives. In fact, it drives a wedge between us and our own realization that we are divine and abundant light-generating beings.

How do we release negativity and our own inner demons? We need only seek our own divinity. Within each of us exists a light that is purely divine. Its strength is omnipotent. It cannot resonate without our own will. You will find this light within your heart, just beneath your breastbone. Do you see it? A glowing white orb of light? The light is you, it is ‘all’, it is manifestation of the divine. Watch the light as it continues to grow brighter and through your own free will begins to spread throughout your body. You are surrounded by a ripple that eminates from within your core outward to envelope your body and energy field with a brilliant glow. Did you notice the room brighten as you raised your energy vibration? You have let loose a nuclear reaction full of light that now feeds each piece of fabric that is your own aura and soul. Your divinity spills out into the collective weave that connects all beings.

Allow your divine light to ripple beyond you and light those around you: family, friends, neighbors and strangers. Each are connected to you by a thread – each now begins to feel the divine light and love you are sending through yourself into them.

This divine experience clears all negativity. You have forgiven yourself for all moments of negativity created between you and all others. You release yourself from creating future negative moments. You recongize this light is your birthright. It is your connection to ‘all’. Light is abundant. Resonate your light center and give your body the gift of healing and affirm your direct open link to divine source.

I ask God’s blessings for each of us:

“God, resonate your divinity throughout my body, mind, and soul. I recognize your divinity within me and know that it is the core connection to all of your creation. I recognize the divinity of each moment and give thanks for the resolution and fulfillment of each of my needs. Your light is abundant within me; I AM abundantly divine.”

The nuclear reaction of divine light (love) is available in every moment. Use it as you need. It is my prayer that you seek this fulfillment of divine love as your highest experience in all you create.
