How to Create the Perfect Smoky Eye Look

As modern women of today we are as busy as we could possibly be. We juggle jobs, families, children, and what not, and we do not have much time to spend on grooming. The smoky eye look is currently a popular makeup trend, and believe it or not anyone could create that look in minutes with the right tools.

Here are the easy steps for creating the perfect smoky eye look:

Step #1: You must own certain makeup products.
For green eyes you should use a frosty or shimmery green color eye pencil (any brand) and baked eye shadow 618-Green Fortune by Milani; for brown eyes – a frosty or shimmery brown color eye pencil (any brand) and baked eye shadow like 606-Drench In Gold, 612-Intermix, or 615-Fusion by Milani; for blue eyes – a frosty or shimmery blue color eye pencil (any brand) and baked eye shadow 618-Green Fortune by Milani. Also, do not forget your basic items, such as: black and brown color eye pencils and black and brown mascara.

Step #2: You have to master the technique of application of all the above.
First, start applying the shimmering eye pencil (matching your eye color) to the lower part of your eyelids (at the root of your eye lashes). It will bring up the natural color of your eyes and make them extra sparkling. Second, accentuate the shape of your eyes by outlining the top of your eyelids with a black eyeliner (Almay) and the bottom of your eyelids with a brown eyeliner (Almay). Third, apply the eye shadow (see the matching list above) to the top and the bottom of your eyelids. To complete the look apply the coat of a black mascara (a brand of your choice) to the top of your eyelashes and the brown one (a brand of your choice) to the bottom of your eye lashes.
