KitchenAid Energy Star Dishwasher P Series

A few months ago, I bought a KitchenAid P Series Dishwasher with 5 Wash Cycles and 6 Wash Options, stainless steel smooth design. The design integrates the dishwasher perfectly with your Kitchen. The beautifully architectural handle adds additional style. You can easily load items to the fold down tines on the top and bottom of the dishwasher. You can even remove some racks for your larger pots. It has a thin upper rack to hold your large utensils. The dishwasher is one of the quietest out there. It has a feature called Whisper Quiet Plus that will enable you to enjoy conversations in the same room as the dishwasher.

It accommodates fourteen place settings. I have these very large dinner plates that in my previous dishwasher I never was able to stand them straight up. With the KitchenAid, I can not only stand them up, but I can get more in the load.

The SaniRinse is an option that sanitizes your dishes by keeping the water to 160 degrees in the final rinse. So even if you set your hot water heater on the low side, this feature will raise the heat for the load. It also has a Hi Temp Scrub that will get your most difficult food left on your pots and pans clean.

The controls are hidden on the top of the dishwasher. This creates a smooth look to the design of your kitchen. The only problem that can happen is that you have to know which buttons to press before you shut the door. But it’s still nice to have the controls out of sight. It creates a custom look for any kitchen.

There is an extra large utensil holder and a small bag-like holder for items so they will not fall to the bottom of the tub because they are too small.

By choosing this Energy Star Dishwasher, your utility bills will be reduced due to less water used and its high performance. According to the manufacturer it also reduces air pollution.

The warranty is one year for parts and labor. And for a two to five year period it protects the heating element, wash and drain motor, and the nylon coating racks. You have a lifetime warranty for the stainless steel tub and inner door.

I’ve been very satisfied with this dishwasher. Between the silence of the unit and the sparkling clear glasses I get, it has met my desires. One thing I can’t stand is a spotted glass. You won’t find that with this dishwasher because of the thorough rinse cycle.
