Kodak Easyshare Z740 Digital Camera Review
I have had a cheaper digital camera for a couple of years, but the pictures I would take with it were never as good quality as I wanted. Most of the time causing me to miss that perfect Kodak moment that everyone knows about. But, even though I was not getting the pictures that I had hoped for, it was better than no digital camera at all. I really enjoy the newfound freedom that having a digital camera affords me. No more waiting and wondering what the pictures will look like, with a click or a turn, there they are. I can decide to keep them or delete them, right there on the camera. I also like being able to download them onto my computer, which makes it so much simpler to share with friends and family. No more having to scan them, and then send them to whomever I want to. It is great!
Now with my Kodak Easyshare Z740 digital camera, having it for Christmas was nice. I took many great pictures with it, even though I had just received it. I was very pleased with it and excited because the Christmas pictures were so good. I figure if I really read the user’s manual and practiced taking pictures, I would get that much better. My pictures got better, just like I figured.
I use my Kodak Easyshare Z740 digital camera most of the time to take pictures of my kids. They are athletes, one plays basketball and the other one plays baseball. The differences in their two sports, from one being indoors with fast movement and at night, to the other one being outdoors and slower in broad daylight, make the different settings on this digital camera important. These different settings allow me to take great pictures, no matter what the circumstances may be. There is a 10x zoom that is great, it allows me to take close up pictures as if I was standing right there, but thankfully I do not have to be. I would not want to be in the batters box with my son!! The popup flash is another feature that I really like. It is so easy to use. If you want it, you just leave it up and if you do not you just mash it down, could not be easier. The other settings this camera has are video, manual, night portrait, auto, sport, portrait and night. I also use the video quite a bit also.
I have not had my Kodak Easyshare Z740 digital camera very long yet, but the few months I have had it I have really enjoyed it. The pictures I take now seldom disappoint me. Plus, I still have the ability to delete them if I do not like them. Delete it and replace it by taking another picture, it is that easy. No more surprises when developing the film.
At this point, I am still learning how to use my Kodak Easyshare Z740 digital camera and it appears that the more I use it the better my pictures are getting. Right now, I cannot think of anything I would like to see changed about it. There is the possibility that as time goes on I will discover things that I would like to change, who knows? All I know is that this digital camera does what I need it to, most every time.
