Las Vegas: Great Things to Do

Las Vegas is a thrilling town and a great place to be. When I visited I made a huge list of things that I should do and I didn’t get to finish them all but here were some of my favorites:

1. Airport- You know you’re in Vegas when you see slot machines in the airport!

2. Venetian Subject Testing- Be a test subject and rate a TV show and get paid! Fun and easy, plus it’s the only way you’ll end up positive when you’re there.

3. Caesar’s Palace Shops- The shops are pretty nice which is great and it’s a nice place to stretch your legs away from everything gambling.

4. Grand Canyon/Red Rock Canyon/Hoover Dam- If you’re in the area from far away see these architectural/geological wonders. It’s gorgeous and flying in a helicopter is cool.

5. New York, New York Gambling- Second best thing to actually going to the city. The theme is well portrayed, the casino is nice and the merchandise you can buy and look at makes you feel like New York.

6. Rollercoaster at the Stratosphere- Scary, makes you feel like you’re falling off the building. Best part is that everybody is screaming and for real.

7. Luxor Gambling- Their low loss slots of 99.4% repayment is great especially when you consider how much more you can lose on other things while playing the slots for as long as people tend to.

8. Circus Circus Adventuredome- Kind of fun, with lots of amusement stuff including typical carnival rides. I won a few stuffed animals there; it was easier because they want parents to gamble while kids are playing. Best odds in Vegas because there’s no rule against parents playing though.

9. The Pirate Show at TI- It was one of the more entertaining shows in Vegas, I wouldn’t waste time at the high cost attractions but this was fun and full of lights, though a bit claustrophobic making as everyone stands on top of one another to see.

10. TI Gambling- The best place to gamble, the spaces between the slots make it feel airy and not nearly as closed in and smoky as the rest of the hotels.
