Musicians Aren’t the Only Thing that Flourishes in Nashville

Nashville, Tennessee is known for many things – country music, good ole’ southern cooking, music bars, but there is also something else that has a slight less clout around it, the floral industry. Here, there are a lot of different florists that are available in Nashville, but which ones are worth spending your time and money at? I have taken the guess work out of it, and have reviewed the top three Nashville Florists.

The first one is Hody’s Florist. They began business in 1950 and specialize in fresh flowers designed in unique and interesting way, as well as fruit baskets, new baby gifts, silk flower arrangements and lush houseplants. They also specialize in creating extremely memorable flower arrangements for a wide array of occasions, such as: weddings, funerals, new births, etc. As well as flowers they offer extremely unique gifts such as: Gund plush stuffed animals, Willow Tree Angels, home furnishings from Manual Woodworks and Weavers, as well as a selection of Renaissance greeting cards. Other specialty services offers range from unlimited floral selections, European Gardens, mixed plant baskets, genuine ceramic dish gardens – all of which from their own greenhouse – silk designs for home and unique sympathetic tributes (Titans Emblem, Fishing Tributes, Trains, Horses, Sports, and many more).

On all deliveries placed by 1:30pm (CST), they promise to have same-day delivery to Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood and surrounding areas. They even offer e-mail notification to let you know when the delivery has been made. They also deliver flowers nationally as well as Internationally. Their business hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00AM – 5:00PM; Saturday from 7:00AM – 3:00PM; and on Sundays they are closed, but they do offer deliveries on Sundays to funeral homes. Hody’s Florist is also closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Easter, Mothers Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

The second florist is the unique Internet-Boutique florist, Blossom Florists. They are a family owned and operated business for over thirty years – they are committed to providing their customers with exquisite flowers for all occasions. They offer same-day delivery service in Nashville as well as surrounding areas – they also can deliver nationwide for orders placed by 1:00PM. A customer can also order online through their secure server or by phone. Their phones are opened for business 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. This unique way of delivering business via the Internet guarantees a satisfactory service to all customers.

And the last florist I reviewed is the wonderful Garden Delights Fine Flowers and Gifts. They use a signature way of arranging their flowers by using the unique and different “cutting garden” style. They specialize is beautiful blooms from around the world – all of which are delivered daily, orchid plants, exceptionally beautiful dried and silk botanicals, home dÃ?©cor – Found objects and “Schtuff” as well as Original Artwork. They offer regional, national and International deliveries. Their business operation hours are Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM; Saturdays from 10:00AM – 4:00PM; on Sunday’s they are closed.
