First, it must be a whole vehicle, meaning that it can’t be missing an engine or fenders. Also, it must have a clear title in your name, as required by the state of Utah. They accept all types of vehicles from cars to RVs and farm equipment. The vehicle doesn’t have to be running, however if it costs more to tow it than to sell it, they may be unable to accept your donation. A benefit of the donation is that it is also tax deductible, but it is advisable to check with your tax preparer in order to get the right information for your taxes.
