ProForm Perspective 1.0 LX Treadmill
The machine has a well-sized belt, 20 inches wide and 55 inches long. The deck is equipped with the ProShox cushioning to reduce the impact on the joints. The speed range of this treadmill is 0-12 mph, the incline range is 12%, which is pretty standard and quite enough to satisfy the needs of most users. The machine is powered by a 2.25 CPH Commercial Grade Mach Z Drive motor.
The console has a set of QuickSpeed buttons (a vertical row on the right) that allow you to instantly set the speed to any given number between 1 and 12 mph. A similar vertical row of QuickIncline buttons is located on the left, letting you set the incline in a similar way, to any given number from 1% to 12%. The 7″ TV screen is located in the middle of the console. You can set it to display the details of your workout (time, speed, etc.), of you can use it to watch TV programs. Right above the screen there is a built-in CoolAire fan that has two speeds. Below the screen you will find two hand grips with EKG Grip Pulse Sensors built into them, a feature that has become pretty much standard for any decent treadmill these days. The console also has two bottle holders, one on each side.
The machine has 12 pre-programmed workouts; eight of them are weight loss & cardio health, two help you to keep the targeted heart rate, and two more can be customized to suit your personal needs and goals.
When not in use, the machine can be folded up to save space. The Lift Assist Shock helps to do that quickly and easily. ProForm Perspective 1.0 LX is relatively inexpensive, considering the TV feature. If bought from the Proform’s website, it costs only $999. Proform also offers free shipping for this treadmill.
