Product Review: Quiznos Flatbread Salads
The Antipasto Flatbread salad is composed of Salami, pepperoni, ham, olives, tomatoes, red onion, Italian, cheese, and mixed with a red wine vinaigrette dressing. Quiznos version is simple but tasty, with a variety of meats suitable for a substantial supper or heavier lunch.
The Chicken Caeser Flatbread Salad is brimming with flavor from roasted chicken breast, tomatoes, red onion, Italian, cheese, and a zesty peppercorn Caeser dressing. Save this one for a simple and classic lunch.
The Roasted Chicken Flatbread salad was my favorite of the four: Roasted chicken breast, bacon, cheddar, tomatoes, and red onion all tossed in a honey mustard dressing.
The colorful array of flavors and textures makes for a tasty and satisfying meal on a summer afternoon.
The Chicken Cobb Flatbread Salad can be best described as the ‘king’ of all four; roasted chicken breast, bacon, hard boiled eggs, crumbled bleu cheese, tomatoes, and red onion are tossed in classic ranch dressing. If you’re looking for a supreme salad, this is it.

The corporate office would not disclose the information on the Quiznos Flatbread Salads at this time, but further information will eventually be available on the Quiznos website. The average price for all salads across all markets is $5.29; USA Today offered a free coupon for a salad earlier in May during the nationwide launch.
Since all dressings are served on the side, these salads may be very user-friendly for the health conscious consumer. Generous servings of meat and salad ‘accessories’ make these salads a valuable addition to your vegetable intake, and can make for a well-balanced summer meal when time is of the essence. The toasted Italian Flatbread gives each salad a new twist, and adds some energizing carbohydrates. The chopped format makes the Flatbread Salad easy to eat while on the go; no knife needed! Instead, use the real metal fork concept offered for a unique Flatbread Salad experience.
In May of 2006, Quiznos became the first and only national quick service restaurant to serve menu items in toasted gourmet bread bowls. The trend continues with the offering of the Italian flatbread wedges, baked fresh daily. The chopped salads are also reportedly a first for quick service restaurants. In addition to the new Flatbread Salads, Quiznos offers permanent menu items of Craveable Salads including the Black & Bleu, Honey Mustard Chciken, and Roadhouse Ranch Salad. Some of these are offered as low-carb alternatives.
