Review of Netflix

Netflix was begun in 1999 as an online only movie rental store. They now have more than 4 million members and more than 60,000 titles. They have free shipping to you and video returns, no late fees or due dates, and an easy user-friendly online presence. They have a free trial period so that you can try out the service, no late fees or return dates, and they have a wide selection of movies. Netflix offers more independent movies than Blockbuster, so if eclectic videos is your flair this is more your video store than Blockbuster.

Netflix is another way to get movies sent to you instead of running out to the video store. They have many monthly plans, all designed to save you time and money. For me, Blockbuster Online got me movies faster than Netflix, but depending on where you live the opposite may be true for you. Since both plans have free trial offers, I’d suggest doing both plans to see which one is a better fit for you before deciding on one or the other. I was very close to the Blockbuster warehouses, but you may be nearer to a Netflix outlet and receive yours faster via this outlet.

Netflix offers a two week free trial, but when I went to cancel that two week trial they offered me another two weeks free to try it out. You are able to cancel the service via the website, which offers you a 24 hour a day/7 day a week opportunity to remove yourself from the service. There were no cancellation fees at all. You can sign up for the free trial on the website.

Netflix was a good service and I enjoyed it. Had it not been for the fact that I was closer to a Blockbuster Online warehouse and could get my movies with faster service and more reliable service, I would probably be with Netflix. It is a great service, especially with gas prices the way they are now. This cuts down on my trips to the video store and makes it far more convenient for someone to get more entertainment for far less money.
