Solar Power to Your House; Is FEAR Stopping You?
Everybody already knows the reasons for building their own solar power.
– Save Money with Homemade Solar Power
– Saving the Earth’s Resources
– Creating a fun, unique and useful family project
You already know that it is a great way of being good stewards of this wonderful planet that God has created for us.
But yet, you still haven’t done anything about it.
Fear is a powerful foe, BUT knowledge will kill fear.
This does not just apply to adding solar power to your house, but to every area of your life. Once you idenitified a fear that is holding you back, then attack it with knowledge.
The internet is full of knowledge of all sorts of topics, so start searching, get some knowledge and fight back.
Starting small and working your way up is a huge plus as well.
Using the solar power in your house example, you could start with something small, like one simple solar panel to run that freezer in the basement.
Then you could work you way into building more panels and hooking them together.
There are systems you can get for using solar to cook with, to run your lights with, and to run you heating with.
You don’t have to do it overnight. Make a plan of action that you can spread out over a year or so. What a great way to get the family involved in something bigger than yourselves. You can stop being part of the problem and start being part of the solution.
I like Joyce Meyer’s quote. If you are tired, then do it tired. If you are afraid, then do it afraid. But just get out there and do it!
