Spokane Hosts the 2007 State Farm U.S. Figure Skating Championships

Ice skating fans, who want to witness world-class figure skating in a more intimate setting, can check out the 2007 State Farm U.S. Figure Skating Championships. From January 21st through January 28th, approximately 1,500 figure skating athletes, coaches and officials will take to the ice at the Spokane Arena, a 10,500-seat multi-use facility and site of the Smart Ones Skate America in 2002. The secondary venue for competition will be the newly expanded Spokane Convention Center with 4,000 seats. As with 2002 Skate America, the historic AAAA diamond Davenport Hotel will serve as the headquarters hotel for the championships. During this week, twelve national champions will be crowned in ladies and men’s singles, pairs and ice dancing in each of the championship, junior and novice divisions.

Fans interested in attending the 2007 State Farm U.S. Figure Skating Championships can purchase the All-Event Ticket Package and the Exhibition of Champions tickets. The All-Event Ticket Package costs $495 for a book of 13 individual tickets, one for every session of the competition. In addition ticket holders can view practice sessions. Tickets to the Exhibition of Champion, which is finale where all of the medallists celebrate, are priced at $60. Ticket orders are date stamped, so the sooner fans order their tickets the
