Summer Fashion Tips
1. Capri pants – Capri pants are in full swing now as they are worn by everyone from little girls to the top fashion models. They are a little nicer than shorts and can be worn for a nice day at the beach or park or with a nice blouse going to a nice barbecue or night out on the town.
2. Lace – Lace is a great fabric for the summer considering it is so cool and also very ladylike. Nice lace outfits can be useful in two ways as they are very cool to wear but also nice lace outfits can look great for a night on the town or hitting the clubs on a hot summer evening. Many lace tops are affordable and practical and can be worn with Capris, jeans, and skirts.
3. Floaty dresses – Warm summer days are great for wearing cool beautiful floaty day dresses. They are very light and a keep you cool in the heat. They are also easy to wear no matching involved. Vintage and second hand stores are great places to pick up floaty dresses with great designs as well. They are also nice places to pick up “retro” styles, which are always in style somehow.
4. Floaty skirts – Loose fitting, shorter floaty skirts are nice for the summer and look great showing some leg. Summer allows more printed styles as well rather than the black and grew short skirts that never go out of style. They are looser in the fit and also cover areas that sometimes can be sensitive like the thighs and butts.
5. Wrap dresses – Wrap dresses are perfect for summer as they are easy, comfortable, and very cool in the heat. Wrap dresses can be used at the beach for skirts and then put down for something to lie on to soak up some of the summer sun. There are great prints available in wrap dresses as well. One nice thing about wrap dresses is they are so practical as they can be used for, dresses, skirts, tops, towels, and hair wrap.
6. Straw hats – Straw hats are the perfect summer item as they can be used at the beach, park, or lake and look great. Many straw hats have flowers and scarves tied to them and can be a great fashion item for the summer. Nice straw hats look great with a casual dress when hitting that dusk barbecue or early dinner out.
7. Footwear – some footwear that is comfortable and nice in the summer are Platform shoes, wedge heels both high and low, bamboo cut out wedge heels, and ballet pumps. The everyday sandals are the most comfortable bet and can be a great addition to a nice summer or wrap dress and do not lose style points because of it.
