The location is easy to locate. Entry and exit from the sales lot can be difficult at times, particularly during rush hour.
Having purchased two cars from them, I have always been satisfied. If you know what you want, the sales people will help you find it. If you know whether it is price, looks or performance you are there for they will help you locate the vehicle that matches your criteria.
There can be haggling if that is something you like doing. Generally the sales folks here are not high pressure. They let you tell them what you want and then point you in the direction on the lot where it can be found.
