Reduced estrogen production cause vaginal dryness.

The most common reported sexual arousal disorder is the male erectile disorder. Male erectile disorder is when a man tries to get an erection but can’t. Men who get an erection but can’t keep it, may also have male erectile disorder. Male erectile disorder can be physical or psychological, but most of the cases involve some combination of the two. The physical causes may include alcoholism, diabetes, and drugs such as tranquillizers, amphetamines, and blood pressure medication. The problem usually develops gradually over a period of time if the problem is physical. If men wake up in the morning with an erection then more than likely it is not physical.
