The Healing Power of Cayenne Pepper

Take one capsule of cayenne pepper up to three times a day or add three to eight drops of cayenne tincture to four ounces of water and drink two to four times a day. Apply the topical cream containing capsaicin to painful areas. Some people are apply to eat spicy foods, so if you are one of those people you can also season your food with powdered cayenne pepper or hot sauce. Although, you will need to be careful with digesting doses of cayenne pepper because one of the side effects of pepper is that it causes gastric or stomach upset. Another thing to remember is not to let topical capsaicin come in contact with your eyes if it does wash with water. To avoid contact with your eyes make sure you wash your hands immediately after handling cayenne pepper.

Even though many people cannot digest hot spices there are other ways to take the pepper instead of taking it orally and it really has the healing power and can even prevent your high cholesterol and arthritis pain. Cayenne pepper and capsaicin are inexpensive and affordable. The healing power of cayenne pepper can do wonders for lowering your cholesterol and healing arthritis the easy way.
