The Top Steakhouse Restaurants in Roseville
Logan’s Roadhouse is located at 30751 Gratiot Avenue, on the west side of the street just south of 13 Mile Road. I especially like their signature free bucket of peanuts offered during your stay. And don’t dare leave without trying their sweet, buttery yeast rolls that are made from scratch daily.
Your dining experience at Logan’s Roadhouse would be incomplete without ordering one of their tantalizing steak dinners-and, believe me, it will be very tough to choose just one; be prepared for more visits. The Onion Brewski Sirloin is their signature 8 ounce steak smothered in a butter garlic sauce and topped with both beer flavored onions as well as crispy onions. Logan’s Roadhouse also offers a 20 ounce porterhouse steak made to order that will leave the biggest steak eaters satisfied.
Try these two aforementioned steaks, and then move on to the other half dozen or so steaks offered on the menu. At this restaurant, boredom is not an option for steak lovers. For more information about hours and for a complete list of menu items, you can call the Logan’s Roadhouse in Roseville at 586-285-1610 or on the Internet at their website.
Applebee’s at Gratiot Avenue in Roseville, located between 13 Mile Road and Masonic Boulevard on the west side of the street, has a menu that thrives on its variety. Though Applebee’s is probably not known for its steak, regulars of this restaurant (like me!) will attest to their succulent steak dinners. Whether you choose their buttery ribeye or sirloin topped with bleu cheese, after your first bite you’ll vow to never go elsewhere for your steak dinner. Pair your meal with Applebee’s signature garlic mashed potatoes for a walk on the wild side with no regrets.
Applebee’s is a great place to hang out with a crowd of friends. They have several TVs at the bar area (usually tuned to various sports games), exciting mixed drinks, and an array of delicious appetizers to satisfy everyone in your crew. Try their crispy mozzarella sticks with cheese that sizzles to perfection in your mouth. Or try their boneless buffalo wings smothered in your choice of classic or hot sauce with celery sticks and creamy ranch dressing. Whatever you’re craving, Applebee’s has an appetizer with your name on it.
Other signature meals include their line of Weight Watchers dinners and desserts. These dinners and desserts are way better than heating up the usual Weight Watchers frozen TV entrees at home. Their Southwest Cobb Salad is my current favorite on the menu. It’s a mix of lettuces with grilled chipotle chicken, shredded cheese and carrots, broccoli bits, chopped tomatoes, corn and black beans. For all you spicy food lovers trying to lose weight or just stay healthy, this is the ultimate satisfying meal.

LongHorn Steakhouse is located at 32445 Gratiot Avenue in Roseville in the same parking lot as Macomb Mall. It’s on the west side of the street about half a block north of Masonic Boulevard. You can reach them on the Internet at their website or just give them a call at 586-285-9200.
Their steaks dinners are juicy and chewy-just the way steak was meant to be. I recommend their bleu cheese crusted filet. The filet is 9 ounces and topped with bleu cheese and portabella mushrooms. It has a sweet, robust flavor that is all its own and second to none.
LongHorn Steakhouse has several other steaks to choose from. I also recommend their ribeye and New York strip steaks. Order both medium well to really bring out each one’s awesome tenderness and juiciness.
Make all three of these wonderful steakhouses a top priority on your list of restaurant experiences in the Roseville, Michigan area. Be forewarned: you’ll never be able to eat steak elsewhere after having the tantalizing dinners from LongHorn, Applebee’s, and Logan’s.
