What I Bought with My Associated Content Performance Bonus Money

The Associated Content Performance Bonus is a way for Content Producers to earn money based on their pageviews.

How the Associated Content Bonus Translates to Real Life

The recent AC Performance Bonus for pageviews that I received was probably somewhere around the average of what people received. For anyone who does not think that pageviews matter, or that AC Performance Bonus adds up to much, think again.

What I Bought With My Associated Content Performance Bonus Money:

The pageviews brought in translated into real world money and items for my family.

I was able to buy all of the following items with one month’s worth of Performance Bonus money:

1 large plastic storage box (for automotive supplies)
1 tall round plastic storage container (to store balls and summer fun toys for the kids)
24-roll package of toilet paper
Family-sized box of Cheez-Its (the family’s addicted, what can I say?)
8 jars of Carrot/Apple/Mango baby food
4 jars of Gerber Chicken Meat Sticks
1 toddler-sized outdoor chair complete with carrying bag (great for going to watch the family play sports)
1 container of baby wash
1 container of Gerber Apple Cinnamon Fruit Puffs
1 box of Sponge Bob Dixie re-fill cups
1 8-roll package of paper towels
1 package of 80 size 4 diapers
1 pair of children’s water shoes (for swim lessons and beach time)
1 pair of women’s water shoes
1 box of lasagna noodles
1 6-pack of Melon Propel Fitness water

Earn Increased Income with Associated Content Performance Bonus

This may not seem like a big deal to anyone working full-time for a decent annual salary. But considering that I am a stay-at-home and only write in my spare time, I think I did pretty well with pageviews and the Associated Content Performance Bonus. Receiving the Performance Bonus dollars from AC was like being able to spend some “found money.”

By writing a lot of articles, evergreen, mixed with some news, I was able to generate a decent number of pageviews and earn some extra money. I was happily surprised, actually at the final amount of pageviews and bonus money that I did receive.

Pageviews do = Money with the Associated Content Performance Bonus

When content producers used to talk about pageviews and how much they wanted to know about them, I admit, I didn’t quite understand why. I wrote, I was paid, I promoted when I could, and I moved onto the next batch of articles.

Now my approach will change. More time will be spent promoting all of the the evergreen articles I have written in the past. When I publish new articles, I will spend more time promoting them on the forums, on blogs, and more.

With pageviews now translating into real money, and into real items for my family, I will work that much harder to produce quality and fresh content, and to promote it.

The pageview money through the Performance Bonus at AC is not like the 25 cents for $1.81 received from other sites that only pay for pageviews. AC gets the pageviews, and CPs are paid not once, or twice, for content, but an unlimited number of times, as long as the continue to keep their accounts active.

As the months go on, and I continue to receive the Performance Bonus dollars, I will start to save the money when I can. At the end of the year the bonus money can add up to a nice sum that can continue to be saved, or used to purchase a big ticket item.
