There are some pretty good recordings on here and more keep being added so if you like him be sure to check it out. He is quite the talented vocalist and each version of each song seems to be drastically different so it is worth it to download a few of the same tune.
Bootleg Browser – links to audio and video of many diverse and mainstream bands, and when you click on those links, you are then often sent to a page with even more free mp3s. a good source, though limited in artists.

This is another one that requires patience and weeding through. But with the lack of free music on the internet in formats such as this, sometimes it is worth the pain.

Bittorrent Music Downloads Free Live Concerts – PureLiveGigs – Bittorrent concert downloads. lots of diverse musicians on here and the availability to download bootlegs and albums. im not exactly sure how bittorrent works because im new at the download thing, but i do think from looking at the site that it requires you to sign up for some sort of free membership and possibly share your own music. Unlike Limewire and Kazaa and all those other file sharing sites though, this one appears to take place through a forum/ message board type of medium.

Again, a bunch of links here to band bootlegs, the amount of bands available is a bit random and kind of small, but there are a lot of good links on there for the dedicated indie rockers and the die hard pavement lovers out there.

Nick Cave Online – it appears that you can download a bunch of nick cave songs from this website, as long as the other user who has the file is online. i myself dont understand how this stuff works so much but surely if you do, you will comprehend the workings of the site upon first glance.

Pinchworm: a music blog with free legal mp3 downloads
A music blog. good way to find out about new music, particularly of the indie rock/hipster genre. often times there is both classics and new music to download free, but being that the bloggers write several times a day, you have to check often and grab the links quick before they get lost in all the blog entries.
descarga de musica – i have no idea what this website is really about nor what it says. i actually am not even quite positive what language it is in. All i know is there are shitloads of links to free mp3s and if you can manage to squint your eyes enough to scroll through the thousands of URLs and decipher them, you might find some gems in here. For instance, as i write this i can see a live breeders boot and a link to brighteyes.scriptmania.com/listen.htlml -what’s worse, the links dont appear to be in any sort of alphabetical order. so good luck but i do think it’s worth a look.

Virtual Macedonia Forums – Mp3 Download – TONS AND TONS AND TONS of free downloads here but good luck trying to find them. i listed this site for your reference simply because if you are dedicated and patient enough you can find some cool stuff in here but it is very very disorganized,a ll merged together in no particular order and the URLS are not even separated by punctuation or listed on different lines per link. a pain in the ass site, but still, might be worth it for some people.
