Wilton Giant Cupcake Pan
So far, I’ve used the Wilton Giant Cupcake Pan four times and I have no problems with the product. My family and guests love the cupcakes (they think the cupcakes are so cute) and despite the fact that I am relatively new to baking, I found the pan easy to use. I just followed instructions. The Wilton Giant Cupcake Pan is non-stick and I got the cupcake out of the pan really easily.
The first time I tried the Wilton Giant Cupcake Pan, I used some pre-mixed cake. I used some Pam to grease up the pan. I noticed that the bottom cooks a little bit longer than the top. So what I did was I just let the bottom cook for a few minutes first and add the batter for the top part later. It took me around 45 minutes. It worked perfectly for me!
When I checked the reviews for the Wilton Giant Cupcake Pan, I was surprised that there were a lot of complaints. Most say it is hard to use and others complain about how the bottom part takes a longer time to cook. For those who are having problems using the Wilton Giant Cupcake Pan, here is my advice – just keep practicing! Rome wasn’t built in a day and yes, the decorating part can be difficult. But give it a second try (or a third one) and it should work out just fine. As for those who complain about the difference in cooking time, you can do what I did and let the bottom cook longer OR you can just place the top part of the pan near the front of the oven. This neat tip should solve the problem.
I would recommend the Wilton Giant Cupcake Pan to bakers who wish to come up with creative cupcakes and are willing to spend a few extra minutes learning how to do it. This is perfect for those who enjoy entertaining a lot. The cupcakes are a sure hit with kids!
