They also have a Club Lounge/Caf�© with snacks and a television, three exercise studios, four indoor tennis courts, ten racquetball courts, Physical therapy and sports rehab, and Kisports. Kidsports includes a 21,000 square feet space just for the kids, including a childcare facility. The hours of operation are from 5:30am to 7:30pm Monday -Friday. I personally love the tennis here. There is always a court available. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. They even offer a personal trainer if desired. They offer several memberships for the entire family. The prices are very reasonable, and it is cheaper if you sign up for a membership, instead of just individual activities.

Another great place to go if you are looking to get in shape, but would prefer a smaller quieter environment then I would recommend American Women Fitness Clubs. They are located at 1665 Oak Tree Road, Edison NJ. There contact information is 732-548-0800. There hours of operation are Mon-Wed 6:30am to 10:00pm, Thurs. and Fri. from 7:30am-9:00pm, and Sat. from 8:00am to 4:00pm. They offer many different fun activities that you can participate in and at the same time get in great shape. They have a very warm and comfortable environment. The following programs are offered on a weekly basis. (Schedules do vary) Cardio Kickboxing, step boot camp, dynamic dance, Pilates ring, power yoga, fit ball, aqua step, and aqua aerobics. The rates are very reasonable, and the classes are lots of fun.

Looking for a place to learn how to dance? Then why not give the Encore Center for the performing arts a try. They take dancing here very seriously. You wont just get in shape you will learn a lot too. They are located at 323 Front Street, Dunellen NJ. The contact information is 732-752-2011. They offer a verity of dance classes for pre-schoolers through adults. Also offered are music, voice, and acting lessons. If you truly have a passion for the arts, why not pick a class and give it a try. They have a terrific staff, and are very helpful and child friendly. I would highly recommend them for anyone who has kids that are interested in learning to dance. It takes a lot of patience to work with children so young. Yet they do a wonderful job.
