Acapulco Gold Alcoholic Drink Recipe
The Acapulco Gold cocktail is a classic cocktail prepared with tequila, rum, coconut cream and two or more fruit juices. Not only is this cocktail easy to make , it is also delicious to drink. Traditionally, pineapple juice is combined with coconut and a kick of citrus (usually grapefruit juice), and is topped with white rum and chilli tequila. This exotic cocktail is served over ice in a highball glass, also known as a Collins glass, and is garnished with a wedge of lime or pineapple. Not only does the drink help you beat the heat, it also has the ability to revitalise your body after a long day out in the summer sun.
