Sample of an Appreciation Letter for Project Completion

    Dear colleagues,

I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you all on the successful completion of our project ‘Directo’. Finally, after two years of hard work, the project was successfully launched on the 25th of May 2014, and the results have been quite positive.

As you all know, the project was taken up as a challenge by our company and the 2 year deadline we gave ourselves was not easy to meet by any account. However, the continued hard work of all the teams and departments involved made it possible.

We expect Directo to make it big in the coming 3 months, which is certainly going to mean many more orders for us and possibly more expansion and growth. There are high hopes attached with the project and we truly value the effort everyone has put into it.

As a token of our appreciation, we will be giving everyone a 10% bonus this month along with a week of vacations in the next.

While our work is far from over, I think everyone has earned a nice vacation and a break.

    Good job once again!
